Vimal Organics Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the year 1984 and converted into a Public Limited Company in 1994. We are engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting a wide range of equipments which are used in industries. Our products provide excellent performance to our clients. They are well known for Low operating time, Smooth and easy operation, longer service life, optimum performance.
These products are manufactured according to the latest trends and standards set by the industry. We are a quality conscious organization and committed to offer defect free products to our clients. CONSULTANCY SERVICES
1) CIVIL – Including but not limited to
· Roads and Storm drain with Contours, Culverts etc
· Buildings both Process Buildings & Office Buildings
· Foundations for Equipment etc
· Foundation for trestles & Pipe Supports etc
· Staad analysis
2) MECHANICAL – Including but not limited to
· Mechanical Equipment Design like any high pressure holding vessel, tank, belt conveyer, agitator etc.
· General Arrangement of Equipment and complete plant with Nozzle Orientation and material specification: considering Safety and Future Maintenance requirement.
· A Holistic Approach to Plant Piping Design.
· Static & dynamic load Analysis of any rotating Equipment.
· All trestle shall be designed 1.2 times of the actual load as per technical specification.
3) ELECTRICAL –
· Transformer complete setup.
· Steam Turbine both Condensing & Back Pressure setup
· Cable Sizing & cable schedule
· MCC & VFD panel Design with proper Safety and Maintenance outlook.
