• A Process Flow Diagram is prepared

• Using our expertise and experience, we then prepare the data sheet of individual equipment, which is classified as self fabrication item or bought out item

• Individual drawings of equipment are prepared, on the basis of which a quotation is given to buyer

• Once the buyer places the purchase order with us, the fabrication drawings are prepared for individual fabricated items and is given to workshop(s)

• While preparing these drawings, our team uses Auto CAD and Pro-E software. MS-Project is used to keep a track of the supplies

• The fabrication shops comprise of all modern facilities and the requisite machinery

After this process, the inputs are mechanically and chemically tested on certain parameters. A third party inspection agency does a pre audit. Once, the manufacturing process is completed, a pre-shipment inspection is done by the quality controllers as well as by Internationally Reputed Inspection Agency such as SGS or any other agency, which is nominated by the buyer.
